Dance instructor becomes student whenever she can
“There are so many things I love about teaching dance. I love creating choreography that the music tells me to create. I love seeing the look in people’s faces when they get it, when they learn a step.”
What kinda exercise should i do if i want to dance?
I’m 13 and I’ve always wished I could dance like the people on Girlicious or So You Think You Can Dance.
i have been a dancer for nine years and i no that these stretches make me loose and ready to dance:
1. sit on floor and put feet in front of you. try to touch your toes. hold for 5 – 10 sec. repeat 5 times
2. sit on floor and spread legs into stratle. stretch to right hold 8 counts, left hold 8 counts, center hold 8 counts. repeat 3 times.
3. roll head around and to each side to stretch out neck.
4. stretch arms by crossing one over your chest and pulling it inward with your other arm. repeat with other arm. should feel slightly tense pull in upper arms.
5. get around and move. dance like no one is looking. loosten up. jump around, have fun.
these are some things i do to get ready to dance, im not gonna guarentee that they will work for you but they do work for a giant class of 23 dancers.
Can You Identify With This Situation? As I’ve aged, I’ve searched for an effective ab work outs regimen to re-gain the six pack abs of my youth. It has become increasingly harder as the years go by to lose weight in that region of my body. And it is even harder to see other people who seem to have naturally sculpted abs with no apparent effort on their part, while I’m slaving away at the gym with no visible improvement.
