What kind of exercise can i do to get a flatter toner stomach? HELP PLEASE!!! NEED TIPS LOTS OF THEM!!?

Hi have a kind of a bump to my stomach i have been eating health and doing crunches but NOTHING seems to work i want to flaten my stomach for summer and i can not go out and by exserise equitment or go out and jog at night or morning or even in the afternoon i do dance for about 4-5 hours on monday doing ballet jazz tap and hip hop and then 45 min on thursday again doing tap i want to flaten my stomach for ex. when you suck in i dont whant my stomach to go over like my pants wich is what its doing right now i hate having tht bump and i just want it flat i dont no what to do crunches jogging in place? Yes i now you have to eat healthy foods wich i am doing basicly fruit i want to have a flat stomach by may or june and have no clue how to get it ? PLEASE HELP ME i need tips lots of them also i would not call me fat by the least bit i am pritty skinny and i hate looking at tht stupid belly bump and all the rolls tht come along with it please help me thanxs!

A possible answer might be the fact that you’re working your legs frequently, but maybe your abdomen isn’t getting much work.
Some workouts that worked for me were:
Stairs, 10 minutes a day non-stop, they tighten your abs.
Bike crunches, Lay back on floor and do a cross over with right elbow and left knee (bring together in middle) and do the opposite.
Planks, put hands together and clench, put your stomach to the floor, and put the balls of your feet and toes on the ground. Look at the floor, and hoist yourself up. Tighten your abs and elongate your neck. Keep in this position for 30 seconds, and release. Then repeat for another minute.
Another easy way to do this is tighten your stomach for 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, and keep going.
