Do you want to know how to build muscle for girls? If you are a skinny girl that would like to put on some muscle mass, then I suggest you keep reading this article since I will go over what has worked for me to build muscle mass and get the body I always wanted.
So, I will not lie to you and tell you that I have the body of my dreams already, but I will tell you that I am on my way there following a great system that provides me with workout routines, daily meal plans and support – just like if I had a personal trainer but online. Here is what I have been doing to gain some muscle.
First I had to let go of the idea that doing cardio and aerobic routines only would get me the body of my dreams, that was a hard fact to swallow specially when I had been doing that for close to five months with some results that I thought were great. So if you are training like this, with cardio and aerobics exercises, it will take years for you to achieve that perfect body. Instead, the trick I learned is to train hard and heavy. Yes, I am talking about weight lifting but do not get scared. This is actually the best way if you want to know how to build muscle for girls. Of course, I am not telling you to drop everything right now head to your gym and start lifting. You need a routine set for you and some professional advice first.
Secondly, nutrition plays a big role when trying to build muscle. You will need to learn which fats are healthy for you and how many calories you need a day in order to build muscle. Hint: muscles grow on calories.
Of course, there is a big different between junk calories and healthy caloric intake. I have learned that eating right to put on some muscle is not as bad as it may seem. I do not see it as a diet either but as a good nutrition habit.
Another thing you will need to consider is eating from five to six times a day. That comes to eating every three to four hours. I usually make my first meal, right before my workout, a nice healthy protein shake and another one after my workout. After that I space my small meals all throughout the day.
The program I am using is great since it tells me everything I need to know in order to build muscle. My workout routine and daily meals are already planned according to my goals and it is very easy to follow through.

Well, uh I can’t exactly join a sport I have an almost three month old daughter so thats why I’m planning on working out five days a week, probably for only 1-2 hours.
Well i am not a girl but i am a trainer, Yes to start with a very good diet is most important,then exercising at least forty minutes a day well help your heart and your circulation and also the aging of your body.Staying out of the or using a good sun screen will help also.Drink plenty of water try not to smoke,moderate drinking is ok.Get a good night’s rest at least seven hours of sleep.Then in the morning’s always look in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful.Most of all have the good lord in your heart.
