Seeing halo/ star-burst and ghosting?

I am a wearer contacts and high index glasses w. anti-glare. Age 28/ M.
Lately, I’ve been seeing halo, star-burst, and even ghosting when I rotate my head left and right. The halo/ star-burst tend to happen when I look at street lamps and car head lights. The ghosting is blue in color and occurs when I look left or right.
Am I experiencing a certain condition and should I immediately get it checked out?
Yes I do see the glare/ halo when I drive at night or when I walk the dog around the neighborhood.

There is nothing to be alarmed about. Do you get those effects when you drive at night or in dark places. If you that might be the fact that your contact lens just need a little bit of tuning. Its because the optical center of the contact lens is too small when your pupils become big at night or in the dark. So you see the ring. It could also come from people with laser surgery as well.
