Please I need help from Health or fitness and diet professionals ?
My weight 129bl and tall 5′5 BUT..most of my weight is fat I have belly and I’m soo skinny my chest skinny ,but when I gained weight get in my thigns and my abdominal region, beside I have 2 kind of anemia ( B12 & Iron deffiencey)
I’m all time watching what I eat :vegetables, fruits, no cans or fast food.Beside I’m under medications for my anaemias, BUT I didn’t check about blodd yet.
I make Exercise everyday about 15 mintues and hiking about weekends sometimes,I said that’s may help me some But I’m still gain weight with belly fat fat . my age 24ys.
