I do not think that it is no surprise that I think work-out music is a key element to weight loss success and therefore get is all this talk about the new Zumba dance / fitness craze sweeping the nation gave me a kick and quite frankly the rest of the world fitness and jumping on board are displayed. It has properties in my local newspaper about Zumba and even a story on the local news in New York City about it, so what's the problem? Not since the days of sweatin 'to the oldies with Richard Simmons a crazy dance aerobics class has made, taken so quickly. Zumba is all the rage with dive classes throughout the country and its people fall in love with her. It is one part dance and part aerobics class. Instructors will teach everything from salsa to merengue and all types of Latin dances flavored between. All when mixing in a strong dose of low-impact aerobics, work your heart and your sweat glands. So, why Zumba is so good? First, it is really about some upbeat and fun music that will put a smile on your face. Imagine smiling while working out, I bet you would never see the day it would happen, but it is here. Participants in a Zumba class will come back again and dressed with a big smile on their faces momentum, because the music beating so and alive. Second, it is a great low impact workout. Do not get me wrong, it will get you sweating, but little impact on the joints is so held, pounding away at the knee and ankle on the treadmill, you can move, you will get your heart rate and see results with a significantly lower risk of injury. Finally, taking a Zumba class, you get one step closer to Suave, a Latin Lover. Ok, I threw the last one there for fun, but hey it never hurts to be in skilled Salsa or Merengue, to show some moves when you have out on the town. If the Zumba craze proves one thing about your training regimine is that there is no substitute for a good, optimistic and fun workout music. Music motivates not only you, but you can actually help you enjoy your training rather than feared it. So whether it Zumba classes or if you want to stick firmly on the treadmill, your workout music fits the intensity level at which you work and above all it is music that you love. Your training is over be, before you know it.
