
Exercises for the lower and upper abdomen?
Hey everyone. I wonder if perhaps someone is a professional could recommend a few crunches or exercises that specifically aimed at the abdomen and a separate group that is focused on the top. I'm 5'9 and 125 lbs, and I would not say that I'm fat, I only have a strange structure stomach, low in fat, that I have distributed to my belly in odd places. So it looks like I need a little fat upper abdomen, have bust my bottom right, by what seems like a flat section followed, continuing to get rid of a small bag of fat that I can not, solely by diet. If anyone can offer their expertise, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
the "Board" It's a killer for beginners but you get what you put in and can be done almost anywhere. It is difficult to describe, but it is Google it amazing results! Good luck:)
