Body Fitness after pregnancy?

I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant with my second child, this time around I seem to be getting thicker much earlier in the pregnancy. I like the thickness of my legs, thighs and butt… and the weight is nice as of RIGHT NOW. When I actually have the baby i’m afraid i’ll lose it ALL completely (like I did the first time) with no excersise. What can I do throughout my pregnancy to solidify the weight gain, and make it more toned so that when I have the baby, the only thing I have to do is tone my abdomen and lose inches from my waist??

i hear ya… i breat fed my kids a lot and lost os much weight i walk everywhere etc so im now the same as i was when eighteen if not thinner and my friend just told me that im not eating enough…its hard to see that whenyou have the baby your not eating so much cos your just so busy you hardly notice… if you went on the pill that causes an increased appetite and lots of people put on weight on the pill but it might just be water retention so id say eat really well and build up muscle…if you do weights that helps build muscles i carried my kids a lot but it was more endurance and apparently you need to sort of rip the muscles and then they grow bigger so i guess they do that in a gym. definijlty if you eat really good food and alot of it you will put on weight and sometimes they deplete your zinc which give you an appetite so maybe if your not os hungy you could get some zinc tonic or supplement or eat lots of seeds so you have a good appetite… my friend gave me hope and sadi his girlfriend even gained back her boobs{i have a chest} by just putting on weight and she didnt get fat or anything just filled out her face boobs etc cos it wasnt fat it was all good food so im on a mission myself!!good luck with yours hope you stay voluptuous!!
