which one should i take i found both of them on amazon and they sell for almost the same price, and i could not find a good description of the features of any of them.
so can you tell me what is the difference between the two and if possible a URL link to the features of any of them.

They are essentially the same. They have the standard running watch features, including lap, chronograph and HR Zones.
If possible, however, I would buy one from Wal-Mart or Costco with an Amex card(doubles the warranty). At the very least a local sports store. Warranty and the ability to return a ‘defective’ product is very important. (e.g. Water resistant for 30M does not mean leaking in a swimming pool even though you swim 10,000 meters per week.)
