Elliptical is the best and Bicycle. NEVER use treadmill because it’s horrible on your knees and ankles. Elliptical works every part of your body, legs, arms, back, neck, etc. But, like someone else said, it depends on your bone complexion, if you are naturally thin, bicycle is the best. If you’re the thick kind with alot of muscles, Ellipticals are the best. Well, treadmills, they’re just horrible on your knees, but they CAN burn calories. Elliptical burns more calories than any of those above. Elliptical is the safest way to tone, lose weight and gain muscle all over your body. Good luck sweetie. Ciao
