talking to girls at the gym ?
I work out bout 4 days per week at 24 hour fitness and its going great. Not that im shy to talk to girls or anything but the thing is that i find alot of girls staring at me at the gym for a quick sec. They look away when i see look at them back. Im an attractive guy (atleast people say i am). But i just think its awkward to go approach women at the gym when theyre in theyre short clothes and all sweaty. Is it just me or does anyone else feel this way? Does anyone have any advice on how to approach girls at the gym ?
Next time you see a girl checking you out say hi and see what happens. Or as she’s getting off the treadmill compliment her on her endurance saying you can’t run for that long, or ask her if there is a cardio machine she recommends, etc etc etc. Start a seemingly innocent conversation, if she’s interested it’ll turn into more.
And I disagree with the above poster, totally approach at the gym there are many worse places to pick up a girl or to be picked up… Like the bar.
