which fitness workout dvd is the best!??

ok im trying to loose 20 pounds plesase no other answers off topic. so the dvd is
Denise Austin 3 week bootcamp or Jillian Michaels 30 day shred plz thnks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????? have u tried which one gave you results quicker!!!!!?????????????????????

The 30 Day Shred is fantastic. It’s just over 20 minutes of circuit type workout where you will really sweat and burn but it’s worth it! It’s also really easy to stick to every day so you will see results very quickly. I am on day 10 and see massive improvement in how my body looks as I’m more toned and I’ve lost a few pounds.

Also, it has 3 different levels so once you get good at level one you get a new challenge on level two. That stops it getting boring as well as really challenging the body to improve.
